"Hope for the Best, Prepare for the Worst: A Tibetan Perspective"

Today is World Mental Health Day, and I have spent the last few years becoming more conscious and understanding our mental health. One thing I have realised is the crucial role that HOPE plays in maintaining our mental well-being. I wasn't aware of mental health while growing up, the concept came to me rather late in life. But one thing I have always known is that throughout the ups and downs, the constant guiding light in my life has been HOPE. HOPE is the force that guide us forward. When hope is present, we find strength even in most challenging times. Losing hope can lead to self-defeat. Everything begins with hope. "We Tibetans have a saying, Hope for the best and prepare for the worst."   Have a Hopeful Day..
