Reflections on Nepal Dialogue 2024
In early December last year, I had the privilege of being invited by IofC Nepal to participate in Nepal Dialogue 2024. This gathering was designed as a space for Nepalis to reflect on the kind of society they aspire to build and the responsibilities each citizen must embrace to shape their nation’s future. A key focus of the dialogue was the idea that true transformation begins when individuals look inward—examining where they need to change, rather than pointing fingers at others. I attended as a representative of IofC India, facilitating several sessions during the event. One of the highlights for me was leading a Zentangle workshop, where I emphasised the importance of focusing on the process rather than the outcome. In our journey of self-development and change, if we keep our process clean, intentional, and consistent, the results often shine beyond our expectations.
